BG Bars - Weight Loss & Extra Energy
I was introduced to BG Bars
by a friend who had described eating them as a meal replacement and how much
extra energy he had and how he was losing weight as well, so I had to try them.
I can report that I have had similar results, and since i am usually super
busy during daytime hours and can rarely get out to get lunch, these bars make
an excellent and inexpensive substitute.
I find that after eating one bar, I am full and do not desire snacks for 6
hours on average. Plus the fact that the ingredients are all natural whole
foods, no added sugars, vegetarian and easy to digest.
Since my interests lean toward healing the body with proper foods, I could
not see myself eating one of those sugar filled fat filled granola bars.
Please try one, I think you will like it.

Here is my testimony for BG Bars. In pursuit of my Occupational Therapy degree,
one day I had clinicals from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
I ate a BG bar for lunch and felt wonderful all that day. The next day, I had a
pasta/veggie blend and fruit, and I broke down and ate a macadamia nut white
chocolate chunk cookie.
That was at noon. By 1:30 I was ready to fall asleep, and by 3 p.m. I was
starving.

I always hear people say after a meal, "I just need a bite of something sweet."
For me, eating one quarter, one half, or
sometimes a whole BG Bar is that taste of something sweet that can "complete" a
meal.
I am happy knowing that I'm eating all those wonderful sprouted greens in my
sweet treat, and that the BG Bar has its own enzymes (so I don't use up my
energy digesting it!).

Dear Glenn,
Thanks for the Green Health Bars. I hate to say it but they taste like Dirt. My
14 year old son, who eats anything, won’t eat them either. Even my Dog won’t eat
them.
Thanks,
Marge
